Office Manager

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative systems, supporting professional land surveyors and field crews, and maintaining exceptional customer service while contributing to the company's continued success.

• Manage the daily administrative and operational functions of the office.
• Supervise office staff and coordinate administrative workflows.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and project timelines for surveyors and technical staff.
• Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, survey documents, and contracts.
• Maintain client records, project files, and confidential company documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, attorneys, developers, and contractors.
• Coordinate project submissions and assist with document processing for land surveying assignments.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and general bookkeeping support.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee administrative records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and office standards.
• Coordinate communication between office personnel and field survey teams.
• Support management with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of office procedures and administrative systems.
