BOUNDARY SURVEYS
- To survey outer boundaries of unregistered properties and prepare Pre-checked Plans (diagrams) in order to bring land under the Registration of Titles Act (obtain a Registered Title).
- To re-establish boundary marks on ground (re-opening of registered boundary)
TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS
- To locate details (trees, drainage features, utility poles, pipelines, existing buildings etc.), take spot elevations and prepare a topographical plan. This survey enables the planner / architect to design proposed developments or design buildings, position buildings, design sewage and drainage layouts for developments and individual property sites.

- This Report is usually required in most land transactions whether by a Commercial Bank, Mortgage Company, the vendor or purchaser. The report indicates whether a parcel of land conforms to the restrictions set out on the Certificate of Title. It also indicates if there are any encroachments on the registered boundaries.
